Eso - Weapon updates for next patch ?

Weapon skill line thoughts and ideas i hope to see in the future to add something new to the world and game cause so far its very one sided and stupid in parts with weapon set ups for stamina getting only used by magic builds ? 




2. Weapon skill lines
Ults now ignore half resistance
and no longer dodged unless you physically dodge out of the way or move from the area


Two Hander: 
Requires a 2h weapon 

Berserker Strike : Onslaught should be a single target that locks on an fucking works maybe its a cirt charge style set up and 3 hits total over 1 second that cant be dodged and say crit rushes in deals what looks like 2 heavy attack swipes an does 5k damage per hit targets are left dealing 10% left damage for 3 seconds
: Berserker Rage Single target attack again a lock on and maybe 3 strike hit on the target doing 5k damage per strike targets blocking take 25% more damage each strike the final strike is a knockdown


Uppercut: Dizzying Swing should lock on once pressed and target in sights this is shit as it stands fuckers move around like they have a tick and it just goes to swing and stops its retarded 
Wrecking Blow Knocks enemy back not down and causes of balance for 3 seconds again must lock on once pressed

all morphs should not hit a loading screen or put you inside the fucking map
Critical Charge: Stampede hits hits with increased weapon damage and has 20% chance to cause of balance
: Crit Rush well it does what it says on the tin

Cleave: Carve should be a 3k strike with 9 bleed damage over 6 seconds
: Brawler no bleed damage instead direct damage 6k damage per hit

Reverse Slash: Reverse Slice up to 200% plus splash damage
: Executioner up to 300% single target only

Momentum: Forward Momentum 10% weapon damage increase movement speed for 10 seconds 
: Rally 10% weapon damage heal tick NO final heal burst 


Dual wield
Requires weapon damage be your max stat in order to use or equip 

Lasceration: Rend Hits enemies in a cone shape in front of you causes 4k direct damage and 1k bleed damage every second for 8 seconds
: Thrive In Chaos fires out again in a cone shape every enemy hit is blinded for 3 seconds while blinded hits have a 50% chance to miss you and damage reduced by 20% each enemy takes 7k damage 

Flurry: Rapid Strikes final hit causes a knock back NOT knockdown and puts enemy of balance 3 seconds
: Bloodthirst if last hit lands causes 6k bleed damage over 6seconds

Twin Slashes:  fuck this new skill here
Rush: Lunge leap at enemy within 14m dealing 6k damage (gap closer)
: Quick step avoid damage while gap closing stepping side to side as you close the distance 16m deals 3k damage

Whirlwind: Whirling Blades deals 300% more damage to enemies with 20% health or less
: Steel Tornado increased range and deals 100% damage to enemies with 20% health or less but causes 4k bleed damage over 4 seconds.

Blade Cloak  Insert fart noise here new skill you cunts
Rage: Blood craze: 10% damage buff coating weapons with poison dealing x per second
: Blood Thirst 10% damage buff each strike has a 3% to cause x bleed damage.


Sword & Board
requires minimum 20k max stamina to hold shield up. Holding in block for more than 3 seconds starts to drain x stamina per second. max cap weapon damage by 2000 and spell damage 1500 (blocking has a cone shape of 80 degrees) while using ANY damage ability magic or stamina s&b will drop meaning you dont get to block cast anything cunts.

Shield wall: Spell Wall requires 30k max stamina
:Shield Discipline requires 30k max stamina 

Puncture: Ransack reduced cost increase time taunted 
:Pierce Armor 

Low Slash; Deep Slash deals 4k damage causes enemy to deal 10% less damage enemies struck have 1800 physical and 800 spell resistance removed
: Heroic Slash slashes like Surprise Attacking in a cone hitting up to 6 enemies dealing 2k damage removes 800 spell and physical resistance 

Defensive Posture: Defensive Stance allows you to block up to 160 degrees
: Absorb magica allows you to block up to 110 degrees and and spell projectiles are absorbed and heal you for the damage they cause.

Shield Charge: Shielded Assault reduces enemy regen magic and stamina by x for 15 seconds
: Invasion increased damage based on distance leaves enemy dealing x less damage for 15 seconds

Power Bash fuck you we just did this no skill needed here 
Fucking it finisher Captain America style 
Shield Strike: Slam overhand haymaker with shield deals x and up to 200% more damage with enemies who have less than 15% health
: Smash shield is thrown at enemies head up to 15m away dealing x damage an up to 100% more damage with enemies who have less than 15% health.


Bow
requires 2 abilities on bar at any given time to gain passives and abilities 

Rapid Fire: Toxic Barrage rapid fire Legolas style 3 hits 4k each with the last one dealing 8k poison damage over 4 seconds. 30m range
: Ballista ? reworked Rapid fire again with each hit driving the enemy back like Magnum shot each strike 5k sets the enemy back 2 feet with the last strike knocking them down.

Snipe: Focused Aim not blockable without S&B 35m ranage
; Lethal Arrow 25m range fires two arrows same time and once hit enemy is slowed down 20% for x time

Volly: Endless Hail lasts 12seconds and deals 2k damage per second
: Arrow Barrage each arrow hitting enemy has a 10% chance to apply poison statue effect while dealing 1.5k damage per second for 12 seconds

Scatter Shot: Magnum Shot 25m range for fuck sake its a bow knocking enemy down not back
: Draining Shot Stuns and reduces stamina and magic recovery by 15% for 10 seconds

Arrow Spray: Bombard movement speed reduced 25% enemies hit a second time are knocked down
:Acid Spray fires acid tipped arrrows and melts fucks ok maybe it just hits and slows down enemy healing by 50%

Poison Arrow: Venom Arrow stuns and slows down healing by 30% 
: Poison Injection deals 8k damage 300% more poison damage to enemies hit a second time


Destro Staff 
requires a working ult you can fucking see in pvp

Elemental Storm: Elemental Rage longer cast time 10 seconds with damage being done every 2 seconds thats a total of 6 hits with each strike doing no more than 2k 15m radius 
: Eye of the Storm follows you for 8 seconds dealing damage every 2 seconds a total of 5 strikes deals no more than 2.5k per strike 10m radius

Force Shock: Crushing Shock deals damage based on staff. players take that damage again over 6 seconds
: Force Pulse deals 10% more damage players have a 3% of getting set of balance

Wall Of Elements: Unstable Wall Of Elements 
: Elemental Blockade 

Destructive Touch: Destructive Clench deals 105 more damage casting time 0.8 seconds deals same damage as Snipe leaves enemy hit slowed down by 15% for 3 seconds 20m range
:Destructive Reach cast time 0.8 seconds 30m range leaves no slow down 

Weakness To Elements: Elemental Susceptibility fuck that name for one costs 1200 magic and once hit slows down healing by 15% while they take damage
: Elemental Drain costs 1200 magic slows down stamina and magic regen by 10%


Impulse: Elemental Ring 
: Pulsar we need a finisher here fuck this shit 
Impulse: Elemental Rage strike enemy for x damage if enemy is below 20% health damage is increased 300% and you get back magic spent
: Pulse put a curse on the enemy when they fall below 10% health it strikes dealing x damage curse lasts 10 seconds


Resto Staff 
max cap 2000 spell damage while in use

Panacca: Life Giver casting gives 7k health per second for 3 seconds and can automatically reserect 1 dead player over 3 seconds within 5m
: Lights Champion deals 5k health per second for 3 seconds and automatically casts all resto staff abilities within 15m with healing ward going to the lowest health player

Grand Healing: Illustrious Healing increases duration to 6 seconds
: Healing Springs gain back magic regen for each target healed

Regeneration: Rapid Regeneration heals fro x per tick and gives 5% magic recovery while ticks
: Mutagen heals for x per tick and gives 2% stamina and magic regen and heals for whats left of the mutagen tick if you take any damage over time effect

Blessing of Protection: Blessing Of Restoration each target hit increases your magic regen and grants them 20% increase to heals taken for 8 seconds
: Combat Prayer gives minor resolve and ward 2k with increase to healing

Steadfast Ward: Ward Alley ward instantly heals for 3k health and gives a 2k heal per tick while up if an enemy strikes a player with they are knocked back and the ward
: Healing Ward cast a ward around the lowest health target inside of 15m ward then heals instantly for 5k with a 3k tick for 3 seconds


Force Siphon: Siphon Spirit once applied you drain the enemy of health 1k per 20k damage done healing you and the group for 15seconds
: Quick Siphon instant cast and instead siphons magic and stamina from the enemy 100 per 20k damage done.
