So im on twatter and spot this bullshit trending #GenderPayGap this bullshit just months after watching a pull podcast with a leading expert on womans rights and pay Christina Sommers she talks openly about the fact that no pay gap exists today that it ended years ago.
Then i check out local jobs online an search different areas nope not a single job in the world with $15per hour for males and $12 per hour for the females nope not a single job in the world, Military Firefighters Police officers is scaled to rank just like most jobs in the world you earn more from working your way up the rankings.
Then i see even the sexy and very smart on Good Morning Britain with that numpty Morgan talking with MP Ann Widdecombe who clearly states there is no pay gap its been gone for years so how can so many retards keep saying it ?? cause its fucking in fake news and trends online its a simple case of people only showing stats in a way they want to to support what they want
E.G. two people one male and one female the same age leave school the same year with the same exam results then go onto college/university get the same passes rates on all exams and are now both equally qualified to do the same job now lets say they are both lucky enough to get the same job in the same company and both get $8 per hour or something close they then both work for say four years and are now both of equal ranking and both just as good as each other they work the same hours and come home with the same pay now cut to a few months later the female is pregnant she works for for some of her pregnancy and then goes on maternity leave she then has a baby and leaves her job to stay home and look after her child while her other half works...
cut to a few years later the child is at school and shes back looking for work gets her old job back only shes 5 years out of date and touch with the job shes not used to any new protocols new computer systems computer programs shes slower at first to catch up taking days to weeks to month to catch back up were she left off and all the staff she was in charge of and ran and now 5 years up the rankings have passed her and now in charge of her mean while the male that started with her now has 5 years more experience than her working in the job has been promoted two times and got two pay rises he now works 8 to 10 hour days 5 to 6 days a week while she works 5 days a week at 3 to 5 hours per day at best she works 25 hours a week while he maybe works 50 hours per week thats fucking half the hours and half the work so when some idiot comes along and poles people and says hey how much do you earn and the female says $12.000 a year and the male says $24.000 thats not a pay gap or females being used or taken advantage of its simple logic and maths get over it there is now no pay gap and the simple fact that people lie about facts to show just one thing what people earn not how much they do for it or what job they do higher risk jobs get paid more and females tend to not do all the same jobs as males by this stupid logic i need a pay raise cause i dont earn what Richard Branson earns.
