This was the best healer until the last patch and now its seen as the Argonian but its not this is still the best healer with my passives and mundos stone i get 5% more heals more magic regen and more max magic im just not as Tanky.

Set gives me a boost in weapon and spell damage for 15 seconds for me and the group its basically the same and the spell weave set from imp city but more time less damage only to me this set is better its a 100% chance to cast on an assault ability so you can get it its 50% less damage but more time on it so it makes more sense to run this as a perma buff unlike spell weave you only get it from healing at 100% so any damage a person takes mid fight this aint gonna work on them

Gap closer - Extended Ritual
Dont need a gap closer your a healer so this you drops and go heal son gives you 25% more heals once down this is what you put any place you go.
Main Dps - Puncturing Sweeps
While we dont really deal damage this is kinda a self defense tactic it does some damage and will heal on each hit so it keep syou from dying and might just might stop who ever killing you as easy.
Heal/Shield - Honor The Dead
Nice fas heal the best in the game really a little op for me but hey as a healer im fine with it as your ment to heal the team and in doing so keeping yourself alive kinda helps i dont see many fucking heals from dead folk. But this is kinda limited in some ways it nly heals you an 2 others but those 2 are random as fuck so if you have 4 people in a group all taking damage and low health this aint gonna help unless you spam the fuck outa it but its costly.
Buff - Inner Light
Gives back magic regen much needed for you and probs most of the group if the groups all stamina slap back on Inner Light here and gain more magic.
Support - Vigor
Support ability and heal needed for the assualt set to proc and give the team the damage bonus it gives.
Ultimate - Remembrance
This is awesome with my build it kicks out around 12k per second and over 4 seconds hits team mates for just short of 49k health and reduces the damage taken by team mates by 24% while you use it plus with all the passives on that skill line you gain a damage shield while using it.

Simple shield buff drop this and gain 5.2k shield but its a magic pool so stand in it and get back about 3 times more magic than it costs to use so its kinda like having an extra 250 regen for the time it works

aoe that deals some damage and sets enemy of balance enemies set of balance let your team mates deal 10% more damage to

if some ones running drain this slap on beams help a little but dont get it twisted your not dps kids if not help strip that armor down and let the dps deal huge damage

This spot i tend to swap out for things at different times area damage or what ever seems to be needed its up to you and the needs of the group.

Area heal and Buff - Ritual Of Retribution
Seen as i dont need a gap closer i might as well use a mixed ability and must have this is an area heal and buff so drop it and get 25% boost on heals plus if your on fire from siege then just drop this and remove those effects and put the flames out and then heal back up easy plus anyone in the group or in pvp with you can use it to cleanse fire and harmful effects most of your heals you run all range to the same as this so its a handy hint how far you can heal to.

Nice heal over time buffed up it does over 1k per second and keeps team mates healed during fights and if they get in trouble the mutagen kicks in and heals for 8k and removes one effect fire poison and so on. Perfect if you run Transmutation as this is a heal over time and will grant people an extra 1250 crit resistance.
