THOUGHTS AN BEST BITS
This was kinda fun well its starts off good we have a new different feel to the zombie style an genre its very dark and odd it set well into a zombie world this is like Day Of The Day (1985) its well under way the wars over people are fucked and this is some military base doing some stranger experiments on kids keeping them kinda locked up then we find out Spoilers the kids are all zombies and of course doesnt take to long for shit to go tits up and boom its escape the base and go out into zombie land.
A little to low key or low budget its great to kick off in the dark not knowing whats going on but when we get outside and the crazy zombies over run the place its all done from one angle just heres the madness do look around just face one spot and keep filming it was to cheap and just lacking real madness and once we leave the base its straight to the fucking woods and out the city and film inside any random set of trees so it got typical fast and as the story pans out it gets very not shit but it was like if someone had a great idea but didnt finish it it sort of hints on one thing and then comes back to it later but its just missing to much its like half a movie no ending what so ever they kinda delay and bore you and double back on the same fucking locations to use them again for no reason and then its like ideas concepts done and money running out just film here and lets end it.
Directing wise ugh i cant complain to much as the movies being made to fit the same style and tone and look of a book or novel i cant remember mostly cause i dont care so hes making really whats written onto the big screen not really adding to much hes a good director but not great hes the part timer hes done so many shows for so many different people that all hes used to is coming into a style and type already set and made by other directors writers and doing one show in a season of 22 or 24 and then jumps to a new show next month so he never gets to play and create and this is the same its clearly a book and he directs it but doesnt add to it no flavor no style or fear or tone and action or thriller just here it is next.
Cast wise well its got no real lead thats the problem its full of old people or extras and fat birds so the film has no real lead due to the director not giving us one and a film just normally needs a lead and someone we follow and pull for not heres Gemma clearly a Breakfast Club (1985) fat girls name lol she pushing max and shes just not a lead for me and shes not even put in as one but shes on of the main cast shes the good cop and old Fatal Attraction (1987) is bad cop and always wants to kill shit do the right thing problem is shes right and you cant have it be right and harsh you cant have both when i hate Gemmas character and am pulling for Glenn to chop shit up and kill zombies mean time i have whats her face the kid Sennia now shes kinda awesome here in parts but then the fake coached acting comes over shes over the top not put in check by the director and just not even over acts shes not acting like a kid or anyone just to smart to much and she gets to kinda cocky with it and acting and playing the part and shes kinda acting like its a huge big budget movie with lots of laughs and fun and shes a little full of herself looking to me and shes hit with acting grinder Paddy Considine and hes fucking good here i mean knocks the role out the park i needed more of him and hes the guy if your wondering who the fuck hes the boring twaty reporter from the Bourne movie that gets mercd in the station haha total geek and shit back but good actor cause hes playing that role and here hes great hes the lead i shoulda got he fits right in here with this role and i get a split of cast leads it just doesnt work and of course i get literally the token black dude whos the retard soldier in a zombie world chilling in the dark munching food in some shop not a fuck given and sure he dies cause hes that guy lol.
All in fun yeh big start but its like a lot of foreplay and a ruined orgasim lol its like heres a good idea and start now just watch the bubbles leave your irn bru and get warm in the sun. Its just lacking some bigger touches and things that could have been done and changed or addd to make this i bigger action zombie movie and be great but instead they had Gemma and fuuuuuuuck that ending just fuck everything about it il say it they kill us off or imply it and leave us with zombie world and Gemma teaching fucking zombos get fucked. No wait hold up the girl with all the gifts ? if the gift was just being smart and a cunt she has no powers no super natural fun movie abilities and shit just a zombie kid coulda called the movie Zombie Stuff.
