- General
- The icon for Blackrose Prison will now display if you have the proper access.
- Increased the requirement for the Blackrose Buccaneer and God of the Gauntlet achievements to 40 minutes.
- Arena 1: Derelict Prison Yard
- Battlemage Ennodius will now call down additional meteors when the ability is cast on Veteran Difficulty.
- Increased the health of Battlemage Ennodius in Veteran Difficulty.
- Arena 2: Hall of Beasts
- The Crocodile’s Sweep attack will now do lower damage initially, but has an added damage over time.
- Reduced the rate at which the Spiders’ Venomous Spit ability increases in damage with successive stacks.
- Increased the health of Tames-the-Beast in Veteran Difficulty.
- When Tames-The-Beast summons allies, he will now enrage any previous summoned allies that are still alive on Veteran Difficulty.
- Arena 3: Vampire’s Pen
- Lady Minara's Batswarm will now be cast on her current target rather than the farthest target.
- When Lady Minara summons allies, she will enrage any previous summoned allies that are still alive on Veteran Difficulty.
- When a Bone Colossi is active, Lady Minara will now be shielded from taking damage.
- Infusers can now target Lady Minara with Infuse Undead.
- Arena 5: Drakeeh’s Cage
- Spirit Ignition will now also cause your character to explode, in addition to the Ghosts.
- Drakeeh the Unchained will now do more damage the more spirits he absorbs.

- Fixed an issue where using the Blade of Woe would display the Crowd Control Immunity effects on dead, unfortunate NPCs.
- Made some improvements to certain knockback abilities, such as Uppercut and Flame Touch, to ensure they correctly knock enemy targets off ledges and walls.
- Fixed an issue where you could still attempt to cast abilities like Petrify or Rune Prison against enemies that were immune to crowd control from the Unstoppable ability or Unstoppable potions.
- Conjured Ward and Annulment will now calculate their damage shield value taking Battle Spirit into account before the shield is capped. This means in Cyrodiil, a player with 20k health will have a shield cap of 8k instead of 4k.
- Known Issue: Tooltips for this are not currently correct.

- Hardened Ward (morph): This morph now also increases the shield cap to 50% of your Max Health (previously 40%), and now also gives the 20% shield value bonus to your pets as well.

- Dampen Magic: This morph now also increases the shield cap to 50% of your Max Health, previously 40%.

- Evasion: Reduced the cost of this ability and its morphs by 15%.
- Heavy Armor
- Immovable: Reduced the cost of this ability and its morphs by 15%, and reduced the duration of the crowd control immunity buff granted to 4 seconds from 5 seconds.
Item Sets
- Arms of Relequen: Fixed an issue where the damage over time effect from this Item Set could proc other abilities and Item Sets that trigger on melee damage.
- Balorgh: Fixed an issue where this Item Set was not working with certain Ultimate abilities.
- Mantle of Siroria: Fixed an issue where weapon swapping out of this Item Set’s 5-piece bonus was causing you to lose the Spell Damage bonus.
- This fix also applies to the Perfected version of the Item Set.
- Merciless Charge: Fixed an issue where the damage over time effect from this Item Set could critically strike.
- Razor Shot: The damage done from this Item Set will now ignore mitigation, and its name has been changed to Virulent Shot.
- Soldier of Anguish: This Item Set’s 5-piece bonus has been redesigned:
- OLD: When you deal damage with a melee attack, you have a 25% chance to traumatize your enemy, negating their next 5500 points of healing for 4 seconds. This effect can occur once every 4 seconds.
- NEW: Your melee light attacks have a 25% chance to place a ring on the ground that explodes after 1.25 seconds, applying 4800 Health Absorption to all enemies hit for 4 seconds, negating the next 4800 points of healing done. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.
- Known Issue: The new visual effects of this Item Set are not currently displaying at all.
- Stinging Slashes: Reduced the bonus granted to each tick of Twin Slashes to 1350 extra damage from 1500.
- Winterborn: Fixed an issue where the snare effect from this Item Set was bypassing snare immunity.
