Hardy recorded his lines for Venom and had production play them back on an ear piece while he was acting to talk in time with venom. If you wait during the credits you will get to see Woody Harrelson as Cletus Kasady but if you stream it your gonna miss out lol.
THOUGHTS AN BEST BITS
Well its fun but shite its got what feels like five or six starts and silly empty scenes and im pretty sure i blinked or forgot about one symbiote that just fucked off and for the love of me i dont get how they need a symbiote body to survive when they are in nice clear jars surviving ? but hey its a cheap rushed job Sony flick they are basically the lidls of movie making just now they got help for the new creation of Spiderman we have now but this one is on them in its on spidyverse and dont expect to see another one unless some how enough fools go see this and it makes 500 million world wide cause this is pretty lame.
Starting with yeh multiple scenes of Hardy and Michelle just cut from place to place for no reason rush job at some office place and then boom hes getting an interview with our lame olaphantastic Die Hard style bad guy hes so shit and then Hardy sorry Eddie gets fired from a job he kinda doesnt have then his girl just dumps his ass hand back a ring cause he looked at an email and she gets fired an ahhh really that fast how did she know how did the bad guy know i mean fuck off an mean time scientist dont give a fuck about killing folk left and right trying to get folk to blend in with symbiotes. It does get a little better and kicks into gear once he gets infected and becomes Venom but you wish the first forty minutes of movie would just fuck off once that happens though its kinda fun for a bit but nout really happens we have one over the top lame odd bike chase and then a break for a bit and it never really picks up for me you get a kinda T2 vibe moment when he comes outa cyberdyne or his bosses office and they all kick off in a kinda cool attack but you get fog city and cant see to much and then its kinda over and then well it dies a death for a time gets kinda fun and then boom we are at the last few minutes and the bad guy has a symbiote in him of course and they fight on a rocket and of course no security police or military show up nothing no one cares its just hey fight and boom a rocket explodes spoilers lol and the movies pretty much done left open for sequel money.
Directing wise this was gash maybe its cut all over the place and shit for that reason but its bad its really odd and just felt like most movies these days on set no script sort it out in editing.
Cast wise well you cant go wrong with Hardy but fuck was his portrayal of the character is shit i mean hes a loser and shit at life it was no fun to kinda watch its odd something missing it felt like when Fassbender did his shit accent on Prometheus (2012) and the director went ok thats enough of that shit and he did the scenes as we see and not with a shit accent for the David character this felt like a very Hardy fuelled acting job no help no director saying hey this is shit make it more fun and less cunty. Williams is good hardly used and not given much but shes of course over rated these days with her low pay on that shit movie no one seen she gets more credit than she deserves. Other than them two fuck me its like them and the badguy hes got a typical cunt henchman we lose and maybe three other faces in this movie i mean it feels low budget and just i dono cant place my finger on it but it needed work. I hoped i would see like one of those Kree portal devices at the end and we would see our bad guy step into it and go from say Venom earth to an alternate Spiderman earth with the Stark building in the distance but nah just this is it a fast paced kinda shite movie with a few funny lines and thats its maybe i watch it again some day on tv but i would never get this space turd on blu ray or dvd.
Scores low for me on this one they had to knock it out the park and help set up a spidyverse and this was easily worse than the "Amazing" Spider Man 2 (2014) flop stain of course look out for old Stan in here doing his thing hey i wonder if in a few years we he turns to dust and retires to his crypt will they just cgi Stan on some other guys face lol. Anyways stink fest.
