Ok once you find the blue stuff then click the bait needed for each place and then fish motherfucker. Keep at it maybe within an hour you should have some Perfect Roe
Its a rare gold item found only in fish and only from fishing you cant do quests or shit you could buy it in stores if people are selling it but normally they are to greedy and sell it for about 16 to 19k cause they are fucking retards.
And heres why they are tards once you find it you can make Psijic Amborsia and its a 50% xp boost for 30mins these go for 4.5k like the same value for years now in any guild maybe 4.6 4.7 but its pretty much the same so for some idiot to sell it for 16k it requires 2 more things Bervez Juice and Frost Mirriam they are only given from Hirlings in Provisioning and they are rare and random and even they go for maybe 500 to 1k each so if you spend 16k on the Roe and then wait to get the rest free and you make 4 at a time and sell them for 4.5k you only get around 4.1k back thats 16.4k back not including the other parts so its a loss to buy it due to people yet again just being greedy and twats it they sold it for 10 to 12k then it would make sense but any ways go fish for free and make them at no cost and make back 16k or use for your own use and get your character leveled up.
Also Psijic Ambrosia does not conflict with any other food or drink buff you use they are separate so dont worry. So get fishing bitches plus you can find some random stuff like Starfish and Coral for your house and smaller silly trophies like sharks and such for collecting if your into that.
